Catalytic Converter Manufacturer
More Than a Catalyst Core — A Complete Vehicle-Specific Assembly
A direct-fit converter must combine emissions functionality with application accuracy. The shell, pipes, flanges, brackets, sensor ports, and heat shields all need to work together as one installable part.
Application Geometry
Pipe angles, flange faces, hanger locations, and overall clearance are developed around the target vehicle reference.
Catalyst Configuration
Substrate material, cell density, coating system, and loading are selected according to the project specification.
Assembly Control
Fixture-based welding and in-process checks help keep approved dimensions repeatable in later batches.
Market-Ready Supply
Neutral packaging, private label cartons, part-number labels, and barcodes can be arranged for distribution programs.
Configurable Manufacturing Scope
Build the Converter Around Your Reference and Market Requirements
Each part number can be configured around your application reference, technical target, order volume, and distribution requirements.

Configurable Manufacturing Scope
From Vehicle Reference to Repeatable Production
Each new part number moves through reference review, engineering definition, sample development, fitment approval, and controlled production. Physical samples or complete drawings normally provide the most reliable starting point.
Reference Review
Share Year / Make / Model / Engine, OE number, photos, drawing, or an original sample. We assess feasibility and identify missing data.
Engineering Definition
Confirm fitment geometry, substrate, coating target, material, packaging, estimated quantity, and the target market.
Sample Development
A pre-production sample is manufactured for dimensional review and test fitting on the intended vehicle application.
Fitment Approval
You verify flange alignment, bracket position, sensor location, pipe routing, clearance, and installation. Revisions are made if required.
Fixture & Bulk Production
After approval, dedicated fixtures and production controls are used to reproduce the confirmed configuration.
Planning a coverage program? Start with priority applications and commercial volumes. Developing the highest-demand part numbers first usually creates a more manageable launch sequence.
Fitment and Production Control
Quality Checks Focused on the Details That Cause Installation Problems
Direct-fit failures are often caused by small geometric errors rather than the converter body itself. The inspection plan therefore needs to cover both catalytic construction and the complete assembly.
Critical Dimension Verification
Overall length, flange spacing, pipe angles, bracket positions, and sensor-boss locations are checked against the approved reference.
Welding and Assembly Inspection
Shell seams, cone joints, flange welds, brackets, and visible weld quality are reviewed during production.
Fixture Repeatability
Dedicated fixtures help hold the approved part geometry across repeat batches and different operators.
Sample-to-Bulk Release
Bulk production begins only after the sample configuration and any required revisions have been approved.
15,000 m² Manufacturing Base
Integrated capabilities for substrate production, catalyst coating, housing assembly, and export supply.
Flexible Program Structure
Start With One Priority Part Number or Build a Vehicle Coverage Range
The right approach depends on your market data, reference availability, and expected volume per application.
Focused Launch
Single Part Number Development
Best for a proven high-demand application, replacement project, or initial supplier qualification.
- Clear technical scope and sample reference
- Concentrated validation and tooling effort
- Suitable for trial orders and volume scaling
- Private label packaging available by agreement
Focused Launch
Multi-Part-Number Vehicle Program
Best for importers, distributors, and aftermarket brands building a model-specific product range.
- Prioritize applications using demand and reference quality
- Develop and approve part numbers in stages
- Standardize labels, cartons, and barcode rules
- Support repeat ordering across the approved range

Frequently Asked Questions
Direct-Fit Program Questions
Answers to common questions about reference requirements, fitment approval, order structure, accessories, compliance, and private-label supply.
Do you have a public vehicle application catalog?
We develop direct-fit projects around the buyer’s target applications and available reference data. Share the vehicle and OE information you need, and we will review feasibility. A physical OE sample or complete drawing normally provides the most reliable development basis.
Can you work from only Year / Make / Model / Engine information?
Sometimes, but feasibility depends on the quality and availability of reference data. For accurate geometry and faster confirmation, an OE sample, dimensioned drawing, OE number, and clear installation photos are strongly recommended.
How is fitment confirmed before bulk production?
We manufacture a pre-production sample for the buyer to inspect and test fit on the intended vehicle. The buyer confirms flange alignment, bracket position, sensor location, pipe routing, clearance, and installation. Any required revisions are completed before the configuration is released for bulk production.
Can one order contain several direct-fit part numbers?
Yes, a program can contain multiple approved part numbers. Commercial feasibility depends on quantity per part number, reference availability, tooling requirements, and packaging complexity. These points are reviewed during quotation.
Are gaskets and installation hardware included?
They can be included when specified in the approved supply scope. Because hardware requirements vary by application and market, confirm the gasket, bolts, clamps, and accessory list during quotation rather than assuming they are standard with every unit.
Can you guarantee Euro, EPA, or CARB compliance?
Compliance depends on the complete vehicle, catalyst specification, test method, documentation, and the rules of the target market. We can manufacture to an agreed technical target, but certification or legal compliance claims should only be made when supported by the required project-specific testing and approvals.
Can you provide branded cartons and part-number labels?
Yes. Neutral cartons, private label packaging, part-number labels, barcodes, and palletized export packing can be discussed. Packaging details are normally finalized after the product configuration and order structure are confirmed.
Start With the Best Reference Available
Send Your Vehicle List, OE Sample, or Drawing for Review
We will review fitment feasibility, required reference data, product configuration, sample development, and the commercial structure for your target applications.
Sample and bulk schedules are quoted after reference quality, tooling needs, and the number of part applications are reviewed.
