Choose by Performance Requirement
Substrate selection affects catalyst volume, pressure drop, heat-up behavior, mechanical durability and installation space.
Final selection should be checked against engine displacement, exhaust flow, operating temperature, emission target and available canning space.
01
Standard automotive or industrial catalyst carrier
Balanced cost, thermal stability and broad specification availability.
02
Fast heat-up or compact installation
Low thermal mass and thin channel walls support fast light-off and compact packaging.
03
Severe vibration or motorcycle application
Ductile metallic construction is often preferred where mechanical shock is a key concern.
04
Diesel particulate filtration
A wall-flow structure is required to trap soot from diesel exhaust.
Inquiry Parameters

CPSI, dimensions and material properties should be confirmed against the final drawing and application conditions before order placement.
Manufacturing Capability
From Substrate Review to Coating Support
Our substrate and coating capabilities are coordinated within one manufacturing system. This reduces communication gaps when a project moves from bare carrier selection to coating, canning or complete converter production.
01
Requirement Review
Application, drawing, CPSI, dimensions, coating status and order volume are checked before quotation.
02
Substrate Production
Ceramic extrusion, metallic carrier forming or SiC DPF production follows the approved specification.
03
Inspection and Verification
Dimensions, appearance and agreed technical parameters are checked against order requirements.
04
Coating and Export Packing
Bare substrates can proceed to coating support or export packing according to the order.

Frequently Asked Questions
Questions Buyers Ask Before Sampling
Final specifications are confirmed against your drawing, application and testing requirements.
Can ceramic and metallic substrates be ordered together?
Yes. Buyers often use ceramic substrates for standard converter programs and metallic carriers for motorcycle, close-coupled or vibration-intensive applications. Both types can be reviewed within the same purchasing project.
How should I select CPSI?
CPSI should be selected together with wall thickness, exhaust flow, catalyst loading target and allowable pressure drop. Send the engine or system details for technical review.
Can you manufacture non-standard shapes and sizes?
Round, oval, race-track and rectangular profiles cover most requirements. Other geometries can be evaluated from a dimensioned drawing, including tooling feasibility and trial quantity.
Can substrates be supplied bare and coated?
Yes. Bare substrates are available for customers with their own coating lines. Coating support can also be discussed for TWC, DOC, SCR and DPF projects.
What information is required for a sample quotation?
Please provide substrate type, CPSI or cell structure, shape, dimensions, coating status, application and sample quantity. A drawing or clear sample photo helps reduce confirmation time.
