Custom Assembly Solution
One Supplier for the Complete Converter Assembly
A complete catalytic converter combines the catalyst carrier, coating, mounting mat, metal housing and exhaust connections. These parts must match in size, material and installation position to deliver stable fit and reliable service performance.
We supply these components as one matched assembly based on your drawing, sample or target installation. You work with one supplier for technical confirmation, prototype production, inspection and batch delivery.

Customization Options for Your Assembly
Configure the carrier, coating, housing and connection details around your target dimensions, operating conditions and installation requirements.
Substrate
Ceramic cordierite or metallic FeCrAl carrier; round, oval or runway geometry; cell density and dimensions selected to suit the project.
Catalyst Coating
Uncoated carriers and TWC, DOC or SCR coated carriers are available according to the required emission-control application.
Shell and Canning
Stainless steel housing in the specified grade and thickness, with the canning method selected for the carrier shape and shell structure.
Mounting Mat
Mat type, thickness and installed density matched to the carrier size, shell gap and expected operating temperature.
Connections
Inlet and outlet pipe diameters, cone length and angle, flange profile, bolt pattern and welding position according to the installation interface.
Additional Features
Oxygen-sensor boss, hanger bracket, heat shield, identification mark and project-specific packaging can be included where required.
From Project Information to Batch Delivery
Each custom order follows a clear confirmation process so dimensions, interfaces and assembly details are approved before mass production.
Project Information
Send the drawing, sample photos, target application and required assembly scope.
Technical Confirmation
Carrier, coating, mat, housing and interface details are confirmed for quotation.
Prototype Assembly
A trial unit is produced for dimensional, appearance and installation evaluation.
Sample Approval
Your feedback is incorporated and the final production specification is confirmed.
Batch Production
Manufacturing, inspection and packaging follow the approved sample and order specification.
Quality Control
Control the Details That Affect Fit and Service Reliability
The approved drawing, sample and order specification form the inspection standard for production. Inspection items are matched to the assembly structure and buyer requirements.
Incoming Component Verification
Carrier size, shell material and required fittings checked against the project specification.
Critical Dimension Inspection
Overall length, body size, pipe diameter, flange position and sensor-port location verified.
Weld and Assembly Review
Weld appearance, component position and assembly integrity checked before packaging.
Project-Specific Testing
Leak testing or other agreed checks performed when required by the order specification.

FAQ
Custom Assembly Questions
Can you manufacture from my existing converter sample?
Yes. A physical sample, clear dimensional photos or a technical drawing can be used for the initial review. Critical dimensions, interfaces and material requirements still need to be confirmed before production.
Can I order only the shell and canning service?
The supply scope can be discussed project by project. You may request a complete assembly or ask us to review assembly using a buyer-supplied carrier, subject to dimensional, coating and handling compatibility.
Which stainless steel grade should I use?
The grade should be selected according to the drawing, operating environment, corrosion requirement, forming process and cost target. We do not treat one grade as universally suitable for every converter design.
Can you add flanges, oxygen-sensor bosses and brackets?
Yes. These items can be included when their dimensions, welding positions and material requirements are defined in the drawing or approved sample.
Do you support trial quantities before bulk production?
Yes. Custom projects normally move through technical review, sample assembly and buyer approval before batch production. Trial quantity and cost depend on tooling and component requirements.
How is lead time determined?
Lead time depends on carrier availability, coating requirements, shell and fitting complexity, tooling status, sample approval and order quantity. A confirmed schedule is provided after the project scope is reviewed.
